Refund Policy

In short

Full refund, no questions asked, within 7 days of any payment. Email us at contact.runheal@gmail.com with the email address on your account.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your subscription, with no obligation to provide a reason and no penalty.

However, by checking the corresponding box at checkout, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and you waive this statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If that checkbox was not presented or was not checked, the 14-day withdrawal right applies without restriction.

2. RunHeal satisfaction guarantee (7 days)

Regardless of your statutory rights, RunHeal offers a commercial refund guarantee - full refund, no conditions, no questions - within 7 calendar days of any Pro payment.

  • No reason required.
  • The refund covers 100% of the amount charged.
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • To request a refund: contact.runheal@gmail.com - include the email address associated with your RunHeal account.

3. Refunds after 7 days

After the 7-day period, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period. Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptions may be granted at RunHeal's discretion in the following cases, subject to supporting documentation:

  • Persistent technical failure on RunHeal's side making the service inaccessible.
  • Duplicate charge or payment processing error.
  • Exceptional personal circumstances (serious illness, hospitalisation).

4. Cancellation and access

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your RunHeal profile or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - your Pro access remains active until that date.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Only an explicit refund request under the conditions described in sections 1 and 2 qualifies for a refund.

5. Promo codes and gifted access

Access activated via a free promotional code is not refundable, as no payment was made. In the event of a technical malfunction, a replacement or extension may be granted upon request.

6. How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

RunHeal does not store any payment card data. The refund operation is handled entirely by Paddle.

7. Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use an independent consumer mediation service free of charge. EU residents can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
