By creating an account or using RunHeal, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

RunHeal is a digital injury tracking and rehabilitation routine tool for runners. All content - exercises, programs, tips - is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription.

RunHeal is NOT a medical device under European regulation (MDR 2017/745) or Canadian law (Food and Drugs Act). Using RunHeal does not create a patient-provider relationship. If you experience severe, persistent, or unusual pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. RunHeal accepts no liability for harm resulting from using the service as a substitute for professional medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

RunHeal offers a limited free plan and a Pro plan at $4.99 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK/USA). By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly billing until cancellation. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes based on your country.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of subscription. However, by checking the corresponding box at checkout, you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and expressly waive this right of withdrawal.

Regardless of the withdrawal right, RunHeal offers a full refund with no questions asked within 7 days of any payment. Beyond that, Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, with no partial refund. To request a refund, contact contact.runheal@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. RunHeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.

All RunHeal content - exercises, programs, text, illustrations, code - is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

RunHeal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will prevent injuries or speed recovery. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the dispute.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montreal, Quebec, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
